I’ve wanted to record this podcast for a long time… and now the dream has come true! Why a dream? Because if all individuals, organizations, nations would speak the Codevelopment “language”, the world would be more open, collaborative and peaceful. In a nutshell, this...
A Pourquoi pas ?! mindset is always bubbling with ideas and projects. Currently, we are looking for guinea pigs for 2 services which are in the R&D phase:

#feedback A “Laugh&Learn Talk” around feedback, designed to shift minds and behaviors within your organisation/team.
This new service is based on 2 observations : on the one hand, humor opens minds in a very efficient way, partly because it provides positive emotions, partly because it’s not a confrontational communication mode ; on the other hand, more serious “business” insights are needed to empower people and change behaviors. So Magali decided to try out a combination of both styles in an original Talk format!
Invite us at your next company celebration/team seminar!

#innovation Our “Why Not Factory”: 1-4 hours to provide you with a bunch of creative ideas and solutions for any of your projects or issues -yes, any!
Magali knows that sometimes the best innovations, solutions, ideas come “out-of”: from people who are “out of” an expertise, from places which are “out of” a scope, from a link which is “out of” question, etc… and she’s always had an ability to see such links, comparisons… a bit like a child’s mind!
So when Magali decided to stop fighting against her 24/7-operating brain, she thought “Why not focusing this “machine”, which is running anyways, on useful topics?!” It’s a one-shot service: you put a coin in the machine for 1, 2, 3, 4 hours depending on the complexity of the topic/situation, you answer a few questions, and then you just harvest! The machine delivers a package made of ideas, insights, questions, probably some waste, hopefully some diamonds too and also some ideas that you will need to ‘twist’ in order to make them applicable to your context/expertise. Then it’s up to you to decide what to do with it!
I had the opportunity to attend a 8-months management program facilitated by Magali. This training has been particularly interesting on different levels.
This workshop gave me the opportunity to know myself better and to step out of the stereotypes of a large organization. I also realized that I could decide about my own professional path and had the ability to become an entrepreneur.
Magali steped in for a “flash” project related to an ongoing transformation within the executive management office, to support the evolution we wanted to impulse.
Magali gave us precious ideas and thus, helped us to identify solutions and to make decisions regarding 2 important projects.
